A bid above the ABC is never generated: the app tells you so and you can choose a lower target.

Rounded up to the next ...99, at least PHP 4,999 and at most PHP 14,999 per contract. One price per contract, whatever the number of items or pages. RHCES is non-VAT: no VAT is added.

You are responsible for your bid. RHCES Bid Docs formats and checks the numbers you give it. You must check every document against your Program of Works, the Invitation to Bid, the Bid Data Sheet and all addenda before you sign and submit. RHCES does not decide your prices and does not guarantee that your bid will be found responsive or win.

Not affiliated. RHCEPEDA Engineering Services (RHCES) is a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the DPWH, the GPPB, PhilGEPS or any procuring entity.

Your data. Your uploads are private, are used only to make your documents, and are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Your paid files stay downloadable for 30 days. See the Privacy notice (RA 10173, Data Privacy Act).

Non-refundable. Digital services are non-refundable, as in all RHCES stores. You see the full watermarked documents before you pay.

Questions

Which work does it cover?

It is built for DPWH-style building and civil works. Other kinds of work (roads, bridges) are allowed, but the app may flag items that have no standard DUPA template; those get a generic DUPA that you must review.

Does it choose my prices?

No. The unit costs and resource prices are yours, from your POW and your Resource Prices sheet. You can ask for a lower target (a % of the ABC, an exact amount, or the ABC minus pesos) and the app spreads the change over your items.

Can I change something after the preview?

Yes. You can make up to 5 versions of a job before you buy. After you pay you get 3 free re-runs within 7 days if the contract ID, ABC and company name stay the same.

What do I need to start?

An e-mail address, the filled POW template (.xlsx, at most 5 MB), your logo (PNG or JPEG), and the contract facts from the ITB and BDS: contract ID, name, location, ABC, procuring entity, bid form addressee and bid date.
